Mississippi
Stars top Team Ontario 9-0 in NABF High School World Series Championship
The Mississippi Stars had their fair share of close games in the
tournament; however, the championship game was not one of them as they
scored a run in the first and exploded for five in the second. They never

The championship win by the Stars was only the second title by an
out-of-state team during the five-year tournament history at USA

Brantly Clay picked up the Tournament MVP award, going 2-for-4 with two
runs scored and two RBI in the championship game.
