AAU Tournament Information

Registration at Baker Community Center from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm

Opening Ceremony begins at 7:30 pm, immediately following barbeque and picnic.
(Teams are to be in full uniform!)

National Championship Commerative Souvenir Paper
The Souvenir Edition of the National Championship will include tournament results and highlights as well as pictures of every team. These can be purchased for $3.00 each or a team special of 100 for $100 with each additional copy costing $1.00 as well. The coaches will receive more information on this in the mail in the upcoming days.

Team Pictures
For the Souvenir paper, we will need a picture of each team at USA Stadium. We will take this picture at the Stadium during the Pre Opening Ceremony Picnic. It will be taken behind the 3rd base locker room under the USA Stadium banner. Coaches, it is very important that you get this picture taken so that the commemorative paper can be printed. This will only take a couple of minutes.
Copies of the team print (8 X 10) will be available to individuals for $10.00 each. They must be ordered at the time of the picture shoot and paid for so that the correct number of copies can be printed.

Barbeque Picnic
Friday, July 30, a picnic and barbeque dinner will be held on USA Stadium grounds beginning at 5:30 pm. Players and coaches eat free while families are encouraged to join them by purchasing a meal ticket. The prices are $8.00 for adults, and $5.00 for children 12 and under. Tickets can be purchased at registration or at the Stadium.

Home Run Derby
July 30, 1999  Preliminary Round - 3:00 until 6:00
We will be having a Home Run Derby on the USA Stadium main field during the Barbeque and Picnic. Each team can enter one (1) player to participate. The player should report to USA Stadium to register at 3:00 pm. Each player must furninsh his own bat. The finals will be done just prior to opening ceremony. A trophy will be given to the champion.
